Return Policy

Eligible Items

Returns are accepted only on eligible products. The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items purchased using gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

 

Item Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • With original tags intact

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Method & Charges

  • We offer a pickup service for returns.

  • A restocking fee of ₹150 per item will be deducted from the refund.

  • COD and express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance products

  • Gift card purchases

  • Customized or personalized orders

Exchange Policy

Eligibility

Exchanges are available on eligible products only and are subject to stock availability.

 

Exchange Rules

  • One free size or style exchange is allowed per order.

  • A second exchange (size only) will be charged ₹250.

  • A maximum of two exchanges per order is permitted.

 

Gift Card Orders

  • Only one size exchange is allowed.

  • A fee of ₹250 will apply.

 

Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

 

Item Condition

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

 

Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and verified. The credited amount may reflect in your account within up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

COD / Partial COD Orders

Refunds are not applicable. Only exchange or store credit will be provided.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing at no charge.

  • If cancelled after processing, a fee of ₹150 will be deducted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement after verification. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.

International Orders

Shipping

International orders are charged starting from ₹2,990, depending on location.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to international logistics, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
